CABO ROIG
In the 16th century, several watchtowers were built to prevent pirate attacks that plagued the Spanish coasts during this period. One of those towers remains intact in the town of Cabo Roig, which, although no longer in operation, still stands majestically watching over the marina with the most sailboats in the area. This town has two very good quality beaches, one of them; Cala Capitán is one of the most emblematic in the area, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim with your family and the wonderful view of its small islet which is totally accessible. Furthermore, its seafront promenade is the best way to get to know Cabo Roig, as its route allows you to go all the way around this beautiful Cape.
